Megan is a firefighter/paramedic and EMS educator in rural Western Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Science from La Roche University and a Master of Public Health from Kent State University, as well as her Pennsylvania EMS Instructor and Fire and Emergency Services Instructor 1 Pro-board.

Jason Thomas
Jason accepted a role with Firefighter EDU in the fall of 2024. Jason brings over 20 years of industrial and municipal emergency response experience. Jason has an extensive background in EMS, haz-mat, life safety, security, and fire protection systems. He leads our industrial educational division.

Crystal Isenberg
Crystal comes to Firefighter EDU with 25+ years of healthcare and administrative experience. Crystal has extensive experience in state and federal regulations. Crystal lost her volunteer firefighter father in a LODD and has remained dedicated to educating first responders in personal and professional safety.
